Sugar cravings are extremely common, especially among women.
Infact up to 97% of women and the rest of the percentages for men report experiencing some sort of food craving including cravings for sugar.
This can lead to overconsuming of calories, sometimes on a regular basis and this can be prevented by having fruits or perhaps sugar free chewing gums or mints.
